Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our products all over India.

How long do you take to deliver an order?
Orders once placed are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Orders within Mumbai are delivered within 1-2 working days of being dispatched. For the rest of India, orders are delivered within 5-7 working days of being dispatched.

I’ve already placed my order. How do I track it?
Once your order is dispatched from our facilities, our Shipping Partner will be sharing a tracking link as well as regular updates about your order via email and SMS.

What happens in case there’s a failed delivery attempt?

In case of a failed delivery attempt, our shipping partners will be making two more attempts on different calendar days. Please note that in case the product goes undelivered after all possible attempts due to incorrect delivery address, incorrect or unreachable phone number, locked premises, non-availability of the recipient or refusal by the recipient to accept the products for any reason other than damaged products, then the order will be treated as fulfilled at our end.

In case of civil disturbances, heavy rains, floods or any such force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel an order or reschedule the delivery.

My order seems to be taking way longer than usual. What should I do?
We always try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery timelines. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us with your order details at veejeyamasaale24@gmail.com or call us on +91 9881491863.

It looks like I’ve received a damaged product. What next?
If you think you have received a product that is in a bad condition or if the packaging has been damaged or tampered with prior to delivery, please take pictures of the damaged product or external packaging and mail them to veejeyamasaale24@gmail.com along with the order details within 24 hours of product delivery. You can also call us on +91 9881491863 for the same. We take up all such complaints promptly and try our best to resolve them on a case-to-case basis. Once your claim is approved at our end, we will be issuing you a refund.

It seems you’ve shipped me the wrong product. What to do?
Really sorry about that! Just take a photo of the product you’ve received and mail it to us at veejeyamasaale24@gmail.com along with your order details. You can also call us on +91 9881491863 for the same. We will verify your details and ship the correct order your way at the earliest.
